In 2014 at a networking event in Exeter, I had the privilege of connecting with an influential HSBC regional branch manager who loved my human approach to business.


He had a big problem, his HSBC commercial customers were being declined by HSBC's preferred card provider, Global Payments.


A big portion of applications submitted would be declined and he felt he needed to "go above and beyond" to help his clients.


After a few initial testers clients and getting to know each other, we grew a network of 30 South West Bank managers where my company helped them fulfill their personal obligations to services the customer.


I regularly attended HSBC hosted events to provide information to clients who needed advise of card fraud and fees.
